EATONTON —
Yoga Class for men and women of all levels of practice are now being held Friday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. at The Plaza Arts Center Reception Hall. Six sessions will be held between Sept. 17 through Oct. 22.

Enhance your strength, balance and peace of mind by joining us for yoga classes. Our experienced instructor is Heidi Meade, who has taught, and continues to teach yoga at Georgia College and State University . All levels of ability will feel comfortable participating. The dress is casual and comfortable work out clothes. Participants must provide their own mat. We envision that the yoga class will be on-going, with re-enrollment occurring at six week intervals.
Class minimum size is six and maximum is 18. The fee for the sessions is $40, and $35 for re-enrollment in future sessions. Fees are payable in advance.
