GREENSBORO —
The official Grand Opening Celebration of Paint Your Picture will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Sept. 9, 2010. All guests are encouraged to bring a favorite photo to enter into the My Favorite Photo Contest. The winner will be announced the following week and their photograph will be transformed into an 11”x14” masterpiece. The winner will receive a copy and the masterpiece and will be featured on our customer showcase wall in the studio and also on our website (www.paintyourpicture.net).
The Grand Opening will also feature a local interior designer. Deborah Dukes of Lake Oconee Interior is offering a one hour free consultation for wall color and picture arranging to anyone who attends the opening.
Paint Your Picture takes your photographs and turns them into personal art. Michael Reinsch, a graphic designer by trade, and Tracy Hayden, a businesswoman and photographer, have found just the right combination of technology and creativity to launch their new business Paint Your Picture.
The grand opening will also be a time to introduce their business partner Denise Bergeland. Denise has extensive sale, marketing and business development experience and will be establishing a sales channel to reach outside of Greensboro.
“You just have to see what Paint Your Picture can do with a photograph to appreciate the results,” says Denise. “In order to reach outside the Greensboro area we have designed home parties and fundraiser programs that will be offered to authorized sales associates across the United States.”
We all have photos that are not perfect. Paint Your Picture takes that photograph and can change the background, color balance, crop, and retouch, add or take subjects out of the picture, enlarge it without losing definition and output it on professional quality paper with a special coating that seals the image and prevents it from fading and eliminates the need for glass. The coating also gives the final masterpiece a canvas look and feel.
If people are not able to attend the grand opening, they can drop off their entry for the Photo contest at the Paint Your Picture studio before Sept. 9. It is located between Publix and Spotlight Movie Theatre and just down from the Golf Locker at 1108 Market St. in Greensboro. You can even e-mail the entry to Michael@paintyourpicture.net. Just be sure to include your phone number and name when submitting electronically.
“Everyone has a favorite photograph that can be transformed from a memory into a masterpiece,” says Tracy Hayden. “The grand opening is a great chance to see the work of Paint Your Picture and have a chance to win a personal keepsake.”
