The Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce hosted the ninth annual Taste of Eatonton Monday evening at the Plaza on Madison Avenue in downtown Eatonton. The event featured delicacies from 20 to 30 different area restaurants, as well as a a silent auction and raffle. Raffle items included a golf package for four at Reynolds Landing, valued at $580; a box filled with an assortment of gift certificates, valued at over $500; an artist signed print of a garden, valued at $400; and a flat screen high definition television, valued at approximately $300.
