Greensboro Saturdays are cranking up for 2010 with the return of Downtown Divas. Dozens of shops throughout Greensboro will offer great mid-Spring specials for the Diva in your life. The 11 am to 3 pm event will include, hand and shoulder massage, cooking demonstrations, and special event items and sales in every store.

Treat Mom to a day on the town as the popular Downtown Diva Day will take place on Mother’s Day weekend again this year!  Divas should begin their visit with a stop by the Diva Concierge Tent on North Main Street in front of Morning Glory’s on Main for a free gift and full information.  Divas can register to win a grand prize made up of select items from downtown shops and boutiques.

If you have not decided what to give mom for Mother’s Day, the Greensboro Better Hometown Program is offering Diva Dollars as the perfect gift.  Stop in at the Chamber of Commerce to purchase Diva Dollars and surprise Mom with a day of shopping and fun!  Diva Dollars can be spent at more than a dozen downtown shops at any time just like cash.
