Reynolds CIC meets at Plantation Point Pavilion

More than 300 were in attendance for the Annual meeting of the Citizens Involvement Committee of Reynolds Plantation held at the Plantation Point Pavilion on Thursday, May 6. Ed Bullard, chairman of CIC reminded those in attendance that the CIC is a communication group and consists of the following liaison committees:
— Membership Committee
— Community Health Liaison Committee
— Safety & Security Liaison Committee
— Communications Liaison Committee
— Legal Liaison Committee
— Tax Committee
— Social Committee
— County Commission Liaison Committee
— Educational Liaison Committee
— Environmental Liaison Committee
— Planning, Development and Zoning Liaison Committee
Guest Speakers at this meeting were:
— Dr. Otho Tucker, CEO of Lake Oconee Academy (LOA) gave an update on theprogress of the new LOA facility on Carey Station Road and the achievements of his students.
— Dr. Barbara Pulliam-Davis, Superintendent of Greene County Schools spoke to the crowd about the achievements of the students of Greene County . Also pictured with Dr. Davis is Arlie Collins, Chairman, Board of Education.
