Reynolds Plantation is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2009 Employee Awards.  Glenn Winslette, director of the Property Owners Association, has been named Leader of the Year and Bryce McCuin, marketing coordinator, is the Employee of the Year.  These outstanding staff members were honored at the annual employee awards banquet at The Lake Club, Reynolds Plantation.

Glenn has been with Reynolds Plantation since 2004.  He appreciates how the community is being developed with respect to the environment.  As a licensed residential builder, Glenn enjoys working with staff and committee members to serve the property owners and the company.  He is an avid fisherman and serves his community through Grace Fellowship Church.  Glenn says that serving is the true source of happiness.  In his free time, he enjoys being with his family – wife, Velma, daughter and son-in-law, Ginni and Rich Smith, granddaughter, Bethan Smith and daughter, Ashley Winslette.

Bryce McCuin works in the marketing department at Reynolds Plantation as a marketing coordinator specializing in media advertising, trade show management and print production.  Bryce started his career at Reynolds in 2005 as a server in the Great Waters clubhouse, and secured an entry-level position in the marketing department in 2006.  He enjoys the challenge of consistently finding creative ways to showcase everything the Reynolds communities have to offer.  Bryce is a graduate of 2009 Leadership Putnam, a contributor to Putnam County Relay for Life and a member of Lakeside Baptist Church.  Bryce enjoys sports, music, photography and spending time with his wife, Jamie, and sons Jameson (2 years) and Joshua (2 months).
