Enjoy playing golf?  Want to play and write the cost off your income tax?  Then join your friends and neighbors for the Third Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, July 13.   If you’ve never played Cuscowilla, then you will enjoy a treat! This beautiful golf course has been voted the “Best Residential Course in America” and “#1 Best Course You Can Play in Georgia” by GOLFWEEK magazine. All proceeds benefit ATLAS Ministry, Inc. and Cheerful Hearts Ministry, Inc.

ATLAS Ministry is a non-denominational, Christian organization serving Greensboro and the surrounding area.   ATLAS works with local families who are deeply committed to change, helping them to reach vital life goals.  Additionally, the organization teaches values and principles for success to students within the local school systems through it’s HOPE division (Healthy Options for Personal Empowerment).

Cheerful Hearts Ministry, Inc. ministers to the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs of women.  They are seeing women grow free from depression, addictions, stress, fears, anxiety, hopelessness, lack of direction, and physical ailments.  The broken hearted are finding comfort and learning that the promised abundant life can be a reality.

Cheerful Hearts has never turned away a woman in need regardless of her ability to pay.

The Tournament begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be a 4-person scramble.  Entry fee is $700 per team or $200 per individual.  Prizes will be awarded  to first, second, and third place teams.  Also for the longest drive, closest to the pin, and a putting contest.  Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and Tuesday, July 20 will be the rain date.
