On Saturday Aug. 14, The Oconee Cellar (located next to Publix on Hwy 44) will celebrate its 12th year in business in The Lake Oconee area. The Oconee Cellar has a huge selection of fine wines, an impressive selection of liquors, two humidors filled with premium cigars, and large selection of domestic, imported, and micro beers.  They have also run a Wine Club for over 10 years, which allows club members to try different wines each month while receiving discounts through out the store.

There will be free refreshments on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. while Dock 103.9 FM will broadcast live from the store.  There will also be vendors in attendance showcasing some of their products, although nothing containing alcohol will be served due to state law.  There will be some great deals on their full line of wine and some significant savings on some of your favorite spirits.

“My staff and I want to say Thank You to all our loyal customers for 12 great years!  I feel so blessed to live, raise a family, and run a business in such a wonderful place. My customers are the reason for this and I am eternally grateful for it. I invite everyone to come out and join in the festivities. We will run great sales from Thursday [August 12th] through Saturday [August 14th], which will give everyone a chance to take advantage to these great deals”, says owner Matt Garofalo.

Listen to Dock 103.9 FM or look for their ad in this week’s paper for all the details.
