The Greene County Tourism Committee has recently welcomed Valerie Lipscomb to the Greene County Tourism Committee. Lipscomb will serve as representation for The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation.  Lipscomb joined the ladies and gentleman of The Ritz-Carlton Lodge in 2007, shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of the Arts in Journalism.   

“Valerie brings a wealth of knowledge to the tourism committee,” says Tamie Moran, chairperson of Greene County Tourism, “Valerie’s position with The Ritz-Carlton as well as previous positions in public relations, customer service, and journalism will assist the committee in our promotions.  On behalf of the committee, we would like to extend Valerie a warm welcome.”

Lipscomb is employed by The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation as Travel Industry Sales Manager. She is a recent Leadership Greene graduate and serves on the Greene County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Lipscomb currently resides in historic downtown Greensboro.
