Dec. 5

Join us and celebrate the fourth birthday of Cheerful Hearts Ministry, Inc. on Sunday, Dec. 5 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.   Enjoy food and fellowship at a casual drop-in celebration at the new family center of Lakeside Baptist Church on Hwy. 44.

Join the Cheerful Hearts Ministry board, Hilda Stewart, director and founder, and the staff and volunteers as they celebrate the many blessings the Lord has done and continues to do through retreat weekends and heart-to-heart pastoral counseling.

Cheerful Hearts ministers to women who are hurting and helps to guide them to a place where the radiance of God’s love and power shines through them. Hilda Stewart has been serving the Christian community for 20 years and Deborah Williamson has been ministering to women for 15 years. They both have found and share substantial healing for the deep issues of the body, soul and spirit through intensive one-on-one prayer ministry.

“Often we only deal with the surface issues of life,” says Mrs. Stewart.  “Circumstances and people change, yet we find ourselves repeating behaviors that are neither helpful nor healthy.”

“Heart-to-heart counseling is a process of taking a history which reveals problem areas and their roots. In the process, we agree with God on issues in our lives relating to our health, people, vocations, as well as our relationship with Him.  We partner with Jesus bringing wellness to women,”  Stewart added.

More than 1,000 women have shared in the ministry of Cheerful Hearts.
