Chef David Nolan is creating a beautiful chocolate buffet with over 20 items inspired by this romantic ingredient. The Lodge’s bar chefs in the Lobby Lounge will offer expertly crafted cocktails using seductive ingredients that say, “I love you,” including the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Martini and The Perfect Flower (Champagne, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice with a lemon twist).
