Thursday, June 23 will bring the 2011 Greene County Library Vacation Reading Club to a close. This year’s theme of  “One World, Many Stories”, had the Kindergarten through 5th Grade group learning and reading about the different cultures and customs around the world.  

They’ve been entertained by a magician, a storyteller and musician — all bringing exciting tales and including the children in their performances while also encouraging them read.

As in the past, the children will celebrate with a Pizza party and cold drinks before awards and prizes are given.  The party begins at 1 p.m. at the Greene County Library.
