It was a perfect summer afternoon for the Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties’ Poker Paddle.  Contestants participated in the third annual fundraiser with great enthusiasm!  Launching from the Reynolds Plantation Marina, the participants kayaked to seven neighboring docks.  At each dock, they selected a playing card.  Once they had received all seven cards, they paddled back to the Marina where they played their hand at the dealer table.

During the cookout after the paddle contest, President Tom Cornelia announced the following winners:  1st place – Cheryl Buhl; 2nd place – Erika Bowman; and 3rd place – Angie Helmly.
