The Village at Harmony Crossing announces that it will continue its GA Farmers Market at The Village at Harmony Crossing through October 29, 2011. Starting October 1, there will be “fall festival” themed markets each Saturday from 8am until 12pm until October 29th. These special Fall Markets will have a pumpkin patch in the event lawn at The Village at Harmony Crossing along with their regular merchants selling fresh produce, baked goods and handmade arts and crafts. Pick out your pumpkin to take home and carve, shop from an eclectic group of merchants and enjoy interactive games for the kids in the center lawn every Saturday in October.
“Many of our merchants and market shoppers requested that we extend the market through next month,” says Bryce McCuin, director of marketing for The Village at Harmony Crossing. “Usually, we end the market in September; however, since it is such a terrific social event for the community we decided to extend it. We’ve added a few new elements to the mix to have some fun with it, including pumpkins for carving or decoration and a lot of kid-friendly activities in the center of our market lawn area.”
The GA Farmers Market at The Village at Harmony Crossing runs every Saturday from 8am until 12pm starting with the first Saturday in May and continuing into the fall. Anywhere from 20 to 30 vendors can be on display offering everything from freshly grown produce to clothing, custom pens, soaps and pottery. Pumpkins will be on display and available to purchase throughout October, as well as interactive games for the children.
The Village at Harmony Crossing is looking to add merchants and activities to help fill the calendar throughout October for anyone interested.
