In recognition of October Breast Cancer Awareness, the lake area community is invited to a free screening of Healing Cancer from the Inside Out at Spotlight Theaters in Greensboro on Monday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.
In this powerful documentary, director Michael Anderson shows how cancer can often be successfully healed with dietary treatments and natural supplementation. Healing Cancer from the Inside Out explains common misconceptions about cancer, shows how diets designed to fight cancer are more successful than conventional treatments, discusses startling cancer research findings with T. Colin Campbell (The China Study) and interviews several people who have reversed cancer by changing their diets. It also discusses supplementation and why attitude is important in reversing not only cancer, but any disease.
The movie is being presented by Dr. Ramona Warren, Dr. Justin Lance and Dr. Haley Lance of Pathways to Healing.
“My hope in showing this movie is to help people become aware of the choices available to them regarding their health and the health of their loved ones — especially when they are faced with cancer,” says Dr. Warren. “This movie clearly explains why conventional cancer treatments are not the best approach to ‘curing’ cancer. There is so much we can do that is less invasive and more supportive of the body. The body has its own built in pharmacy and has what it needs to restore health. We just need to give it the proper building blocks.”
