This fall, Complete Roofing Systems (CRS) donated the materials and labor for the roofs on the newly built “Community Build” and the “Apostle Build” homes located in the New Horizons at Ludwig Place, a fifteen (15) home community developed by Greene County Habitat. Jason Easley, a native to the Greensboro area and the CRS Area Project Manager stated, “We are very proud to be involved for the second year with Habitat and their meaningful community home building projects.” Donations of this type are extremely important to Habitat as it relies on donated materials and labor to build decent-affordable houses for Greene County families in need. These donations allow for the houses to be sold to qualified partner-families at no profit and with affordable mortgages allowing for low monthly payments. Theresa Kemp, Chairman of the Board of Directors, states “Complete Roofing Systems is a premier company in this area, not only as a business but in the generous way that they give back to the community. They have helped numerous families in Greene County in providing the roofs for four Habitat homes. This is another example of their good will and passion about actively participating in the community. We appreciate their support to our Affiliate and thank them for their generosity to our homeowners and community.”
Owned by John Tanner III (President), and Chad Conley (Executive VP), Complete Roofing Systems serves the states of Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee as a factory certified roofing professional. The Company started in Canton GA. and after several years of hard work and constant focus on customer service, the company has formed a strong foundation. CRS has established a presence here in the Tri-County Lake Area over the past several years and is passionate about being actively involved in community projects and activities. Annually, in addition to supporting Habitat for Humanity in the Greene County and Atlanta areas, they financially contribute to Hopequest Ministry Group in the Atlanta area which assists men and women in dealing with life dominating issues. They supported First Baptist Church Woodstock’s Love Loud Projects where they helped complete renovation projects for two widowed ladies and a single mom. Locally, CRS also donated a total roof replacement for a member of the Greensboro Grace Fellowship congregation.
Greene County Habitat for Humanity thanks CRS for supporting the “Community Build” program. Support from area businesses and individuals make our work possible.
