The First United Methodist Church of Greensboro is now taking applications for the third annual Original Amateur Hour.

The Original Amateur Hour is a fundraiser for the youth groups of First United Methodist Church of Greensboro. The event will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, at the church’s Carey Station Road Campus (4741 Carey Station Road). Tickets are $5. Applications may be found online at www.fumcgreensboro.org by clicking on Original Amateur Hour or through the church office. Children or youth in the community are encouraged to fill out and turn in applications to the church office. The application deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 8. Tickets may be purchased for $5 from a First United Methodist youth, through the church office (weekdays from 9 p.m. to 3:30) or on Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. to noon at either the Broad Street or Carey Station Road Campus.
