Reynolds Plantation Realty, LLC is pleased to announce that nine of its agents were honored during the recently held annual awards banquet for the Lake Country Board of Realtors (LCBOR).
Reynolds Plantation sales executives Riezl Baker, Debbie Balicki, Libby Combs and Jere Mills each produced over $1 million in real estate sales for 2011, qualifying them for inclusion in the prestigious “Million Dollar Club.”
The Reynolds Plantation Resales Team — led by Rhonda Williams and including Joanne Bigelow, Kim Robinson and Debra Somers — was awarded “Gold Award, Top Team of the Year” for listing over $11 million of sold properties last year.
Sales executive Micki Tanner received the “Community Service Award” for her extensive work with local charities, including Meals on Wheels and The Rotary of Greene and Putnam counties. “Love of others is the first quality that comes to mind when I think of Micki,” stated Baker upon presenting the award. “She recognizes that aside from her duties as a realtor, the essence of our role in the community is serving others.”
The “Rookie of the Year” recognition was presented to Scott Hoersten for outstanding performance during his first year as a real estate sales executive. “Scott has been a key contributor to this organization for years in the area of planning and development,” commented Lee Arberg, vice president of sales. “It was a pleasure to see his talent, knowledge and experience translate into five transactions in just his first six months as a sales agent.”
Baker Balicki and Mills were also honored with the celebrated “Phoenix Award,” reserved for realtors who have been top producers in the Million Dollar Club for ten consecutive years. “The common denominator for these three top producers is their involvement in our community,” said Arberg. “They are able to help new owners, not only because they are familiar with the inventory and the market, but because they enjoy introducing new residents to the lifestyle that they love so much.”
“Above all else, the success of these individuals and our team as a whole is due to the members and residents of our community who have placed their trust in us,” added Arberg. “We thank them for their generous support in 2011 and over the past two decades and look forward to working to earn their continued business in years to come.”
