- Reynolds Plantation Properties congratulates nine employees for being top performers.
Reynolds Plantation Properties had nine of its agents honored during the recently-held annual awards banquet for the Lake Country Board of Realtors (LCBOR).
The two top performers at Reynolds Plantation for 2012 accepted awards for their impressive sales numbers. Ron Kalpak generated over $2 million
in sales, while Gene Lowe reached $3 million in sales for the year.
In addition to Kalpak and Lowe, Reynolds Plantation Properties sales executives Riezl Baker, Debbie Balicki, Joe Carter, Jere Mills, Dianne Spires, Micki Tanner and Don Weir each produced over $1 million in real estate sales for 2012, qualifying them for inclusion in the prestigious “Million Dollar Club.”
Baker, Balicki and Mills were each honored with the “Phoenix Award” at last year’s banquet for being top producers in the Million Dollar Club for ten consecutive years.
“To have nine individuals sell over one million dollars in property in one location speaks a lot about this group’s ability,” says Lee Arberg, senior vice president of sales for Reynolds Plantation. “It was a remarkable year for us going through a transition in ownership. Our agents have such a positive story to tell.”
It is the second year in a row that Reynolds Plantation Properties has produced nine agents with multi-million dollar sales numbers. Agents for Reynolds Plantation devote full attention to the properties that are listed for sale within the gates of the community.
“We have a solid team that excels at selling exclusively to Reynolds Plantation buyers,” says Arberg. “These awards are a wonderful recognition of their efforts.”
