- Harbor Club General Manager Brandon Matney and Systems Administrator Stephen Christian, pose with featured silent auction items: A black and silver Stetson hat and new Ibanez acoustic guitar, both signed by country music star, Trace Adkins. Harbor Club has long supported our local Boys & Girls Club with donations as well as meeting and work space for both the Festival of Trees and Savor a Saturday Night fundraisers.
Savor a Saturday Night, the major annual fundraising event for The Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club of Greene County, is set for Saturday evening April 27. Dinner, silent auction and a lively concert will be staged in the Grand Ballroom of the Ritz Carlton Lodge on Lake Oconee. Returning this year to perform are local and Atlanta concert favorites, Banks and Shane.
The event’s silent auction will include fantastic vacation packages, as well as the art of Henry Barnes, David Siffert and Pricilla Smith. Special features of the auction will be a selection of Trace Adkins memorabilia: A guitar, Stetson hat and concert poster, all signed by the country music star—plus other Trace Adkins articles. The Pete Nance Club is most grateful for Mr. Adkins generous response to our auction requests.
The entire event is underwritten by a dedicated benefactor, so that proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club. For more information on the event and to purchase tickets please call Melanie Unchuan at (770) 207-6279, or visit the Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club web site: www.petenancebgc.org and click on Savor a Saturday Night.
