Opening day for the Greene County Library Vacation Reading Club is Tuesday, May 28. Kids from grades K – 5 should be there by 2 p.m. to see the amazing Magician, Ken Scott. He has been featured on CNN Headline News, appeared on ABC’s Funniest Home Videos, performed five times at the White House, and is a three time winner of the Greater Atlanta Magician of the Year Award.

Ken entertains his audience with puppets, music, mind-boggling magic tricks and, best of all, by having the kids in the audience participate in his antics. This will be a really fun afternoon.

Children should come early to register the books they’ve read so far this summer. Remember, there will be awards and prizes for the most books read at the end of the program.
