The Ladies’ Ministries of Crossroads Baptist Church of Eatonton, 106 S. Wesley Chapel Road, will host their monthly community-wide Ladies Prayer Breakfast. Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m. For further information contact Annette Smith at 478-968-7084 after 6:30 p.m.

The Blessing of the Boats will take place beginning at 2 p.m. Boats should gather in the open water in the Great Waters area. Tune your radio to Lake Country 94.7 WULK-FM for music and instructions. At the countdown sound your horns and follow the parade.

David Key, the Chaplain of Lake Oconee, will greet your passengers and your vessel and toss you a commemorative, floating key chain.

The Blessing of the Boats event is presented by Lake Oconee Community Church (LOCC) and is sponsored by WDDK 103.9 – The Dock.
