Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church will be having their Kid’s Bible Adventure each week on Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-noon. This year’s curriculum is “The Scottish Sleuths and the Case of the Missing Parables.” Kids Bible Adventure is free and open to ages three – 11. Join in for an amazing adventure through the Bible with singing, playing outside, snacks, crafts and more. July 10-12

Harvest Baptist Church, 642 Old Phoenix Road off Highway 44, Eatonton, will host Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m.-noon for ages three though sixth grade. July 13-14

Lake Oconee Baptist Chapel, 2411 Reids Ferry Road, will host the Neal Family on Saturday. Those who missed the blessings and songs of the Neals will be able to hear them at 6 p.m. The church will host breakfast and worship with the Neal Family on Sunday at 9:30 and 11 a.m.

 

July 14-16

First Independent Methodist Church, 107 Imperial Church Road, Eatonton, will celebrate 35 years of ministry with special services. On Sunday services will take place at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday services will be at 7 p.m. The celebration will feature several guest ministers: Marsha Woolley, Louie Carson, Dr. George Utuk and the group Higher Ground.

 

Aug. 2-3

Crossroads Baptist Church, 106 S. Wesley Chapel Road, Eatonton, will be holding a Heart To Heart overnight lock-in for girls grades six – 12. The Friday-Saturday event will include praise, worship, Bible study and discussion. There will be a movie, food, crafts, games and goodies. For more information or to pre-register call 706-485-0059.
