Early detection and modern treatments have greatly improved survival rates from breast cancer. According to the American Cancer Society and the American College of Radiologists, regular mammography screening is the most effective way to detect breast cancer early, when treatment is least invasive and most likely to be successful.
St. Mary’s Health Care System offers a complete continuum of breast cancer care, including screening mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI, a variety of biopsy techniques including MRI-guided, surgical services and support services from an experienced breast health nurse.
Appointments will be scheduled on a first-call, first-served basis. To schedule your mammogram call 706-453-5005.
Appointments must be made by Oct. 31.
