Local realtors earn Associates Broker’s License

Tom Martin, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country announced that Vicki Zimmerman and Sherry Stathas have earned their Real Estate Associate Broker’s License.

Zimmerman and Stathas, both members of Lake Country Board of Realtors, join 21 additional members of Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country that have earned their broker’s license.
Vicki Zimmerman has been a realtor for nine years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia and has earned e-PRO and Graduate REALTOR Institute designations. Vicki serves on the Board of Trustees at Eatonton First United Methodist Church and is a Member of The Executive Fine Arts Committee for the Governor’s Mansion.
Sherry Stathas worked as an RN for 25 years before becoming a full-time Realtor in 2005. She has earned the following designations: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate REALTOR Institute, Coldwell Banker Previews Specialist and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club. She was the past secretary of Lake Oconee Tennis Association, a member of Harbor Club’s Community Relations Council and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
The broker license sets the individuals who have attained it apart from other practitioners because it indicates to the public that they have been recognized by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as having obtained a higher level of professional education on which to base the services they provide to their current and prospective clients and customers.
