New Leaf Homes (NLH) has been in the semi-custom and custom home building business in Greene County for more than six years. This small team of professionals has more than 80 years of collective home building experience and possesses an incredible passion for home building.

New Leaf Homes is a vertically integrated company offering new home construction services, as well as, architectural design, remodeling, and interior design services. NLH has a design studio located off of Linger Longer Road adjacent to Cowles Clinic and the Coldwell Banker real estate office. The design studio, along with other locally based showrooms, offer the home buyer an efficient process for making design decisions.

The NLH team has experience in building homes targeting the first time homebuyer to higher end custom homes.
