Photo ops involving political and business leaders aren’t usually very funny. But a surprise appearance by a half-naked man carrying a torch during an event in Honolulu gave Secretary of State Hillary Clinton a good laugh.

Clinton was being photographed last weekend shaking hands with Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang when the scantily clad torch-bearer sprinted by in the background.

The press snickered, and Clinton turned in time to see the man running away. She burst into laughter and told the media, “That was great! I hope you all captured it.”
