Treat yourself to the area’s finest eating establishments as the Greene County Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to this year’s A Tasteful Event & Business Expo.

Restaurants and caterers from all over Greene County and the Lake Oconee area will come together on Monday, Sept. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Downtown Greensboro. This event serves as a great venue to promote samplings of entrees and food selections. Some of the restaurants participating in this year’s event include Parkside Theatre, Harbor Club’s Smoke on the Water BBQ, Amici Italian Café, Plantation Olive Oil Company, St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Café, Spillin’ the Beans, The Washington Grass Inn and The Yesterday Café.

Registration forms are still available for both member restaurants and non-member restaurants at the Chamber of Commerce office or online at www.greeneccoc.org. In addition to the business displays and great food, guests will also have the chance to bid on wonderful silent auction items and listen to the music of John Dunn and the Jazzmen.

Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 day of and $12.50 for Children ages 5 to 12 and may be purchased at the Chamber of Commerce located at 111 N. Main St. in downtown Greensboro, BankSouth (Lake Oconee Branch), and Exchange Bank (Lake Oconee Branch).
