EATONTON – Lake Oconee area guests and residents now have another delectable Sunday Brunch option. Blu Culina Fusion Bistro, located at Harmony Crossing in Eatonton, debuted their Sunday Brunch menu earlier this month and the response has been excellent.

Owner and Chef, Fabio Capparelli, of Blu Culina Fusion Bistro has included traditional entrées as well as Blueberry Pancakes made with fresh blueberries, Nutella French Toast with Bananas, and Zucchini Fritters with Poached Eggs served with bacon and roasted potatoes just to name a few. The Brunch menu also includes a Bloody Mary Bar and Endless Mimosas and Bellinis. “I’m pleased with the response to Brunch so far. Everyone who dines with us seems to be really enjoying it. I have ideas about going bigger with portions and options. Sunday Brunch is made to come hungry, eat, and leave for an afternoon of pure R&R,” said Chef Fabio.

Sunday Brunch is served 11am – 2pm and for a limited time, churchgoers can bring in their church bulletins and receive 10% off their entire meal. With entrees averaging $10-$12 per person, Brunch at Blu Culina is an affordable option for friends and families alike.

Along with Sunday Brunch, Blu Culina continues to offer the following weekly specials: Tuesday Night – Low Country Boil, Wednesday Night – Burger Night, Thursday Night – Fish Fry & Wine Night, and Sunday Brunch
