Jo Jones & Company Real Estate is pleased to announce Susan Granich has joined the Company as a Realtor® and licensed agent specializing in residential sales and leasing.  

As a long-time resident of Milledgeville, the neighborhoods and communities in this area are Granich’s special area of focus. As a native Georgian, Granich combines her extensive knowledge of the area and passion for working with people to deliver superior service and value to every client and family she works with.  

Born and raised in Swainsboro, Granich spread her wings and enjoyed a 25-year career traveling the world as a flight attendant. Based in the Washington D.C. area,  memories of childhood visits to the lake and the beautiful historic homes of Milledgeville eventually lured her back to Georgia.  

Originally licensed as an agent in 1985, Granich brings an extensive knowledge of the area and real estate to her business. Granich enjoys the challenge of finding just the right property for her buyers, based on their priorities, preferences and budget.

Granich also works at a local community bank, so her clients receive added benefit from her banking knowledge as well.
