TenderCare Clinic welcomed aboard two nurse practitioners this past spring and summer. Megan McFaddin Jackson, NP, and Jessica Simpson, NP, are the newest additions to the expanding provider team at TenderCare. With all the services that TenderCare provides, they seek to find the best providers to care for the community.
Megan McFaddin Jackson, FNP-C, joined TenderCare in April. Jackson is a graduate of Georgia College and State University with a master of science in nursing. She received a BS in nursing from GSCU as well as a BS in child and family development from the University of Georgia before going back to school to become a nurse practitioner. Before coming to TenderCare, Jackson worked as an ICU RN at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center and as a NP for Georgia Kidney Consultants. A native of Eatonton, Jackson now lives in Madison and is married to Robert Jackson and has a son, Beckham. Jackson works out of the Wellness Center.
Jessica Simpson, FNP-C, joined TenderCare in early July. Simpson is a graduate of the University of North Georgia with a master of science in nursing. She received a BS in nursing from Middle Georgia State College and worked as an RN during nurse practitioner school. Simpson has experience from working as an RN at Coliseum Medical Center in the Orthopedic/Medical Surgical Unit and at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in the Medical Surgical Unit. Simpson is a lifelong resident of Greene County; she works out of the Greensboro office.
TenderCare Clinic is excited to welcome both of these new NPs to the provider team. For more information call 706-453-1201.
