Start a parade with an ORHS Pet Plate

Oconee Regional Humane Society is offering Pet Plates as a way to honor past and present furry friends.

Pet Plates allow you to style your ride and show your love for pets while supporting ORHS and the animals we rescue through this online fundraising campaign.

The unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the shelter’s fundraising capabilities. Fundraisers not only bring in revenue but also to spread the ORHS mission throughout our surrounding communities. With a Pet Plate you can contribute both as a financial supporter and as an advocate for bringing people and animals together.

You can order a specially-designed custom Pet Plate by visiting orhspets.org. Send  a photo of your pet(s). Dogs, cats, horses, goats, lizards; all are welcome!  When we receive your photo, we will have it put on your Pet Plate — sized to fit any front bracket or license plate frame.

If driving around with a vanity Pet Plate isn’t for you, the plate will make a great decoration on Man Cave or She-Shed walls, in children’s rooms or on display in bookcases. A Pet Plate makes a great gift for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, Christmas or as a way to memorialize a pet.

With a donation of $50 or $70 (for multiple animals in one photo) your Pet Plate will be produced in approximately two weeks and may be picked up at ORHS or sent to you or the recipient via USPS.  All Pet Plate proceeds contribute to bringing animals and companion animals together by providing things like food to our shelter pets, supplies for baby kittens, spay and neuter surgeries and other medical needs.

During these challenging times, ORHS extends gratitude to all of our donors and encourages pet lovers to celebrate their furry friends through a Pet Plate purchase. The ORHS is a no-kill humane society and a non-profit 501©3organization.
