New owner of Da Corrado Ristorante enhances menu offerings for grand re-opening on Friday, Aug. 14

GREENSBORO, Ga. – Beginning Friday, Aug. 14, patrons will have a chance to celebrate the grand reopening of Da Corrado Ristorante under its new owner, David Lopez Bartus.
In addition to the classic dining menu that locals have come to love, a new seasonal menu will be rolled out along with the red carpet on Friday. These seasonal dishes bring Spanish and Portuguese flair to Georgia’s Lake Country, allowing for an international dining experience.
Some of the new culinary highlights include:
Lubina al Champan: A family favorite, Lubina al
Champán is fresh sea bass in a luxuriously creamy champagne sauce. While it may sound decadent,
it ́s actually quite tastefully refrained, and a sublime culinary experience for the delicate and discerning palate.
Solomillo al Foie: Prime pork tenderloin with foie gras and a porcini mushroom glaçe.
Mediterranean Vegetable Ravioli with Goat Cheese: Roasted garden vegetables, Goat Cheese blended with Ricotta and Parmesan, Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper wrapped in par-cooked egg pasta.
Baccallà alla Portoghese: Nordic salt cod prepared Portuguese style. Caramelized onion, yellow potato medallions, and olives.
Diners will also be delighted with a fun cocktail menu, including a cucumber basil martini and a milla mule (a twist on the classic Moscow mule). For the Grand Re-Opening Weekend, drinks by the glass will be buy one drink and get one 50% off. Original owner Corrado Corrias joins new owner David in urging the Lake Country to “Come in as friends…leave as family!”
