The Del Webb Lake Oconee 100 Who Care group’s final donation of the year, a check for $5,210 was presented to (COTS) the Christian Outreach Thrift Store in time for holiday assistance to those in need.  

COTS provides temporary assistance to low-income families in the Greene County area that are experiencing financial emergencies. This generous donation will help to provide shelter for the homeless, food for the hungry and assistance in paying essential bills for the disadvantaged.

100 Who Care is part of a worldwide charity organization whose focus is to coordinate funding for local charities. Members meet quarterly to  nominate and then vote on what charity will receive the funds that quarter.
