Employee of the Month 

Carrie Human at Edward Jones 

 

Carrie Human started working for Edward Jones in August 2016 as a branch office administrator. She was promoted to senior branch office administrator in 2019. 

Carrie and Financial Advisor Robbie McNeil make up the Edward Jones Team in downtown Greensboro. As the team’s client experience manager, Carrie focuses on making each client interaction special and welcoming, whether the meeting takes place in person or over the phone. She personally reaches out to clients daily, with special calls on their birthdays or anniversaries. “Carrie treats our clients like family,” said Robbie. “It’s just one of the many reasons that she’s so outstanding.”
