Goeninger receives Global Luxury Specialist certifications

GREENSBORO, Ga. — This March, Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country agent, Lacie Groeninger, added to her ever-growing list of accolades by becoming the 14^th agent in the firm to receive a Global Luxury Home Marketing Designation as well as a Global Luxury Specialist Certification. In order to be eligible for these designations, agents must display both a proven track record of success within the luxury market as well as completion of intensive training through the Coldwell Banker Luxury Institute. During training, agents develop a plethora of skills catered to marketing and selling luxury residential real estate, including identifying luxury properties, proven marketing strategies, and building relationships with potential luxury buyers and sellers. Besides obtaining these certifications, Groeninger was also recently named the No. 8 ranked agent in the state of Georgia in terms of real estate sales production and was awarded International President’s Elite status for her work in 2020, which is presented annually to the top 3% of over 90,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
