ASuperior Contact Center was founded in 1976 when Sandra Black saw a need for businesses. She knew helping companies provide great customer service would help their business acquire customers and keep those customers happy. They offer live answering services, live chat, email and business texting and more 24-7-365. 

As a long-time staple of the Lake Country Community, ASuperior Contact Center Assists businesses in maximizing their potential.

Employee of the Month 

Jena Foster at Verizon Wireless 

Jena Foster joined Verizon Wireless eight years ago. She was promoted to Store Manager at the Greensboro store three years ago. Jena was nominated for always being friendly, efficient and patient with every customer who needs assistance. Co-worker Sherman Johnson, praised Jena as “an amazing boss and mentor.” 

Jena is married with two children and lives in North High Shoals. Say hello to Jena next time you stop in at the Verizon store located at 6165 Lake Oconee Parkway, Greensboro, Ga.
