GREENSBORO, Ga. — Three Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country sales agents, Jim Linney, Ann Foster and Lamar Callaway, were recently inducted into the company’s coveted International President’s Circle. 

This award is presented annually to the top 8% of over 90,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In addition, Jim Linney finished 2020 as the No. 28 ranked agent in terms of sales production in the state of Georgia while Ann Foster finished as the No. 30 ranked agent in the state. With these additions, Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee now has a total of six agents ranked in the top 50 in the state of Georgia in terms of overall sales production.
