Local children’s author Andrea Cassell and her dog Kibby, the famous miniature labradoodle, recently traveled to Watermark Books & Café in Wichita, Kansas for a book signing. An enthusiastic crowd of children and their parents stood in line to meet Kibby and to receive an autographed copy of Andrea’s award-winning books. 

“Thank you Watermark books for a warm welcome and fun day,” said Cassell. “It gives me so much joy to introduce Kibby to the children and share the books with them.”

Cassell, who resides at Reynolds Lake Oconee, is a three-time recipient of the Mom’s Choice-Gold Award as well as the prestigious 2021 Pinnacle Book Achievement Award. Her three delightful books, “Kibby the Space Dog,” “Kibby Gets a Little Sister,” and “Kibby and Olive Move to Georgia,” and teach life lessons through the eyes of her dog Kibby.
