RE/MAX Lake Country has announced that Realtor® Linda Murphy is the latest addition of the growing real estate franchise. Murphy brings to the office more than 17 years of local real estate and specializes in residential marketing and sales.

“I’m excited to join the most productive real estate network in the U.S. and heighten the buying and selling experience for my clients,” Murphy said. “The Lake Oconee area is in high demand, homes are selling quickly and I’m here to help guide members of the community through the exciting and sometimes overwhelming process.

“I started my real estate career in 2005 working for a developer in the Atlanta midtown area. We developed multiple residential properties that included office, hotel and retail space. Over the 17 years, I have developed expert skills in marketing, and sales, of residential and commercial properties. I am a high performing individual that has an eye for the details.

My husband and I relocated to Lake Oconee several years ago and, after our first visit, we knew this was the place we wanted to build our dream home. Even though we are both still working full time, it feels like we are on vacation living at Lake Oconee. We love having so many activity options right outside our front door.”
