The Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties is pleased to announce the following Students-of-the-Month for February 2022: Jackson Crowe (Gatewood Schools), Jagan Littrell-Hatcher (Greene County High School), Ally Blythe (Lake Oconee Academy), Loren Johnson (Nathanael Greene Academy), and Courtney Davis (Putnam County High School).

Jackson Crowe is a senior at Gatewood Schools and the son of Brian and Beth Crowe. He is the recipient of the Rotary Student of the Month for February and an honor roll student. He has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout his high school career and enjoys playing football and track. He plans to attend the University of Florida this fall and major in sports management. Presently,

He is a volunteer at the Putnam recreation and works for his parents at Crowe Marine in his spare time. He chose Beth Moss as his Teacher of the Month.

Hagan Littrell-Hatcher is a senior at Greene County High School and recipient of February’s Rotary Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Ashlee Littrell-Blankenship and Will Hatcher and guardian daughter of Jonathan and Charity Burnett. She has achieved excellence in academics, tennis, soccer, basketball and softball, and she looks forward to earning a degree in Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Hagan has chosen Joseph Nesbit as her Teacher of the Month. 

Loren Johnson is a senior at Nathanael Greene Academy and is the Student of the Month for February. Her parents are Christopher and Tammy Johnson. An honor student, she is a member of the Beta Club and attends the First Baptist Church of Buckhead, Ga. She enjoys playing baseball, hanging out with his friends, and participating in the math bowl. This fall, she plans to attend Athens Technical College and has chosen Douglas Brown as her Teacher of the Month. 

Courtney Davis is a senior at Putnam County High School and is the February Rotary Student of the Month. Her parents are James and Carolyn Davis. She is an honor student and active in the Beta Club, HOSA Club, Key Club and FCA. She is presently president of the HOSA Club. She is a member of the volleyball, golf and soccer teams. She volunteers at the Cafe Central Soup Kitchen and Christian Outreach. After graduation, she plans to attend Georgia Southern University and earn a degree in exercise science to become a physical therapist. She has chosen Mark Adams as her Teacher of the Month.

Student of the month for Lake Oconee Academy, Ally Blythe, was unavailable to attend and will be recognized at a later date.

The Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties wishes to congratulate these deserving students and teachers.
