Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Tom Condon as Salesperson of the Month for April, with three transactions totaling over $3.4 million.
Condon joined Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties as a Sales Executive in 2017. A real estate professional in a community on the coast of North Carolina for many years, he had heard about the attraction and excitement of Reynolds Lake Oconee, but had never visited the property himself. After a visit to Reynolds during Masters Week confirmed his suspicions, he and his wife, April, decided Reynolds is where they belonged.
With 30 years of luxury real estate sales experience, Condon is a Lake Country Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club Member and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
“My clients become fellow Members, neighbors and often friends of mine, and it’s of the utmost importance to me that they’re happy,” said Condon. “I want to foster long-term relationships and enjoy helping clients achieve their dreams.”
Tom and April feel blessed by Reynolds lifestyle outside of work as well. From dining at The Creek Club and Richland Pointe, playing golf with friends, or simply just floating in the lake, they savor the rich assortment of amenities that are available.
“As special as this community is, the best thing about it is the circle of lifelong friends we have made here,” said Tom.
Tom and April love spending time with family and friends, and their favorite thing is to have a house full of people enjoying all that is special about Reynolds. They are active in the Reynolds community with a social circle they regularly meet up with for activities and get-togethers — many of them are former clients! April, also a Realtor, acts as Tom’s Sales Assistant and enjoys sharing the community with clients who will love it just as much and she does. Her motto is ‘Two heads are better than one!’
But even with all of their various activities, the center of attention in their household is their very spoiled Boykin Spaniel, Hardy.
“I am very pleased with Tom’s performance so far this year,” said Lee Arberg, senior vice president of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC. “I am proud of his accomplishments and look forward to what this year will bring to our team and community.”
