(GREENSBORO, GA) May 23, 2022 – Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the addition of Elisa Frechter to its team as a licensed Realtor. Prior to moving to Lake Oconee, Elisa spent many years exploring vast careers across the country in New York, Colorado, and Florida. 

Originally from a suburban neighborhood of Fresh Meadows, Queens, Elisa spent most of her early career in New York as a coder and programmer for The New York City Department of Environmental Protection which led to a lifelong passion for technology and its effect on future generations. Elisa’s career background includes stints in software education, HR development, web design, program implementation, management analyzation, and financial operations. 

In the late 90s, Elisa relocated with her husband Glenn and their three children to Boca Raton, Florida.  As a partner in Creative Restaurant Concepts, a hospitality and real estate development group specializing in restaurant and real estate acquisitions in New York and South Florida, she found her love for real estate. She enjoys the many stages of real estate development including the process of visualizing a property’s potential and managing the stages of construction and design. Her positive attitude and tireless energy inspire those around her. She prides herself on being organized, dependable, and detail oriented.

Elisa and Glenn met and worked with Riezl during the purchase of their lake property in Reynolds Lake Oconee in 2016. Their beautiful home was a part-time vacation destination until their recent decision to make Lake Oconee their full-time residence. Elisa enjoys the year-round lake lifestyle, tennis, golf, and playing Mahjong with friends.
