Balicki has become successful at selling the Reynolds lifestyle by working and living here for almost her entire 26-year real estate career. A member since 1991 and recent 2021 recipient of the Lake County Board of Realtors Crystal Phoenix Award, Balicki and her husband, Tom, have owned four properties and built three homes at Reynolds, making her an exceptional Realtor for helping others find homes or homesites unique to their needs.
