EATONTON, Ga. — The public has spoken! After a month of voting online and at Eatonton City Hall, the winners of the 2022 Scarecrow Contest & Showcase have been determined. 

Business Category:

1st Place—Legacy Housing Corp. 2nd Place—Ashley’s & 706 Nutrition 3rd Place—Bluestem Brands 

The winners of the Business Category received free advertising from Smith Communications and The Lake Oconee Breeze for their respective businesses. 

Non-Business Category:

1st Place—Lake Country Baptist Church Youth & Children’s Department 2nd Place— 

The winners of the Non-Business Category received a monetary prize from Eatonton Main Street.
