He will join forces with his wife and current top-selling Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee agent, Joan Weghorst, to produce a sales team focused on selling luxury residential property in Georgia’s Lake Country.

Bill comes to Coldwell Banker after an illustrious career in commercial real estate spanning 30 years. Beginning as Director of Marketing, Bill’s keen negotiating skills, business acumen, and client-focused approach helped him quickly rise through the ranks to become the President of two elite commercial real estate firms in Atlanta. As a resident of Reynolds since 2007, Bill now wants to focus on helping others discover the “good life” of Lake Oconee by teaming up with his wife and fellow agent, Joan Weghorst. 

Since joining Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee six years ago, Joan has risen to become a consistent top producing agent and lifetime member of the million-dollar producing club. As a certified Global Luxury Specialist and a resident of Reynolds for 15 years, Joan’s depth of knowledge of the local area and luxury market has led her to repeatedly be nominated for local Realtor of Year. To date, Joan and Bill have collectively negotiated the sales of over $1 billion of real estate.
