Models and Volunteers from the 2022 Fundraiser for First Call Pregnancy Center.

On Tuesday, May 9 at 11 a.m., Spivey Jewelry and Fashion will host the fifth annual fashion show fundraiser at the beautiful Festival Hall in Greensboro. Over the past five years, the fundraiser event has provided over $50,000 in support to further the ministry of First Call. Members of the community are generously donating money and products to ensure that the fundraiser is a success.

“We are so excited about the response that we have received from our local businesses as well as individuals who want to help raise money for our Pregnancy Center. We are so appreciative of our Silver and Bronze Sponsors – Farmers Bank, BankSouth, Freedom Boat Club, Reynolds Lake Oconee, High Priority Plumbing and Services, and Tom & Patty Dailey,” fashion show coordinator Melinda Spivey said.

Eighty-five percent of the monies donated to First Call provides FREE Client Services which include pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STD information, pregnancy options, prenatal and parenting classes, adoption referrals, crisis intervention, post-abortion healing, fatherhood classes, physician referral, and material assistance for the mother and baby. To become a sponsor or donate items for the silent auction/raffle, please contact Melinda Spivey at 706-318-6491.

A light lunch will be provided at the event, and attendees will enjoy seeing the latest spring fashions showcased by local models. The silent auction and raffle include wonderful products and services from local merchants. To purchase tickets for the event, go to firstcall.me/events.
