Dough Daddy Dough

GREENSBORO, Ga. — On Friday, May 12, the Greene County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Dough Daddy Dough Food Truck with a ribbon cutting.

Dough Daddy Dough is the creation of John and Sandy Padjen who wanted to bring Chicago-style food to the Lake Country. They offer Chicago pan pizza, Chicago-style Vienna beef hot dogs, Chicago Italian beef on hoagie bun, and the “Combo” (Italian beef/Italian sausage with sweet peppers or hot giardiniera). Their melt-in-your-mouth Sweet Cream Cheese Strawberry Crepes are John’s mother’s recipe. All food is baked to-order and to-go.

“We are also a proud sponsor of the Lake Oconee BBQ Fest to be held June 17 at THE FARM at 1040 Oconee Heights Lane in Greensboro. 10 a.m. to dusk. Live Music, Georgia Classic Car Show, food trucks, BBQ contest and Oconee Brewing Company Beer Tent. Open to the community,” said John.

Dough Daddy Dough is located at 1124 Lake Oconee Pkwy; Eatonton on ‘Food Truck Fridays’ from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
