Salter began her real estate journey at a young age working for her father’s brokerage and quickly established herself as a trusted professional in Atlanta. Her dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients propelled her career forward. She initially joined Prudential then spent a seven-year tenure at Atlanta Sotheby’s, where she honed her skills in luxury real estate, working with high-profile clientele and handling prestigious properties.

Salter became a founding partner of Ansley Real Estate, helped open their North Atlanta office, and spent five years with the agency developing strong connections in the Atlanta and Lake Oconee market, and delivering outstanding results for her clients. Leveraging her extensive network and her reputation as an experienced Realtor, Karen aims to tap into her Atlanta connections to generate referrals and bring her expertise to buyers and sellers in the Lake Oconee region.
