Hirsch is a proud graduate of University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. With his educational foundation, he embarked on a successful career in corporate communications and marketing, gaining extensive experience across various industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. His expertise in these fields allows him to effectively navigate the intricacies of the real estate market and provide exceptional service to his clients.

In 2017, Neil made the decision to leave his Atlanta roots where he resided for 30 years, and fully embrace the beauty of Lake Oconee. He and his husband, Jerry Tillery, who is also a licensed Realtor with Luxury Lake Oconee, have enjoyed the Lake Oconee lifestyle. They are involved in the social fabric of the area, participating in local events, and fostering strong relationships within the community.

Currently, Neil and Jerry are in the process of building their own lake home in the new Richland Pointe section at Reynolds Lake Oconee. This personal experience allows Neil to intimately understand the construction and real estate processes, providing valuable insights and guidance to his clients who may be seeking similar projects or lakefront properties.
